Description

As a Service Desk Systems in our team, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users, such as staff, clients, customers, and suppliers
  • Install, maintain, and support our LAN, MAN, and WAN networks
  • Maintain and support security devices such as firewalls and proxies
  • Ensure the security of our private networks.

Requirements

We’ll be a great match if you:

– Are native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English

– Have advanced level on switches and routers configuration

– Have Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification

It will be a plus if you:

– Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Benefits

-Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 18:00, Friday 9:00 – 17:00
