Solutions Architect – Lead Functional Consultant

Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team, a Microsoft Gold Partner, specializes in implementing Microsoft software for medium to large organizations, including M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, serving as a technical and functional expert.
• Drive adoption of new features and technology across the Microsoft platform.
• Design domain-specific implementations and influence the use of Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Mentor and coach team members, identifying skill gaps and training needs.
• Identify market differentiators and contribute to industry-specific solution offerings.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations, identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Represent professionally and adhere to Information Security Policies.

Working Schedule and Contract:

• Hybrid working model with 1 day at the office per week.
• 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on project requirements.
• Indefinite contract on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, Azure Platform, and Agile Methodology.
• Certification in relevant areas such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework is beneficial.
• Strong industry experience in domains like Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent presentation and pre-sales skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in implementing large-scale Dynamics CE solutions.
