Product Exp Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Experience Designer Lead to spearhead the UX and UI design for a significant banking project. This role requires a professional with a robust portfolio and a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for front-end applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user journeys and UI screens
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design

Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in user journey mapping and UI design

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of front-end design principles and best practices

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
