Our Ghent office plays a central role in managing customer relations and service coordination, particularly for Polish- and Czech-speaking markets. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to ensure we maintain our high standards of service.
As a Service Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact between our customers, service teams, and dealerships. You will manage inquiries and service requests from Polish- and Czech-speaking customers, ensuring smooth coordination of repair and maintenance schedules. Your role will involve excellent communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely, giving you both flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate closely with the team.
