IT Support Consultant (M/F)

We are looking for an IT Support Consultant (Mid-Level) to join a client project in Lisbon. If you have technical expertise and enjoy solving problems, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users and systems;
• Resolve incidents and technical issues;
• Ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructures;
• Participate in continuous improvement projects;
• Document procedures and solutions.

At least 1 year of experience in IT support;

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;

Familiarity with networking and virtualization tools;

Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

Proficiency in English.
