Job Overview:

As a Service Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our customers, dealerships, and service teams. Your primary responsibility is to manage customer service inquiries and requests from German- and Czech-speaking markets. You will coordinate services, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

This is a hybrid position, offering the benefit of 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely, providing you with the flexibility to balance professional and personal life while still fostering team collaboration and in-office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from German- and Czech-speaking regions, handling service inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and maintenance schedules between customers and dealerships.
  • Ensure smooth and timely communication between customers, technical teams, and service departments.
  • Manage and track the service workflow, ensuring all requests are logged, updated, and completed within the set timelines.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback from customer interactions to internal teams.
