This position offers you the opportunity to work alongside our client who is a global news publisher. As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of potentially sensitive internet content, ensuring a quality experience is provided to millions of internet users. As a reviewer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our client’s news site. Content Reviewers will be responsible for optimal quality and productivity levels.

Your work:
You will be a central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users

You are putting together solutions while having the protocols, procedures, and instructions as a starting point

You are able to manage all different types of reports generated by users

From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding the users’ behaviors and the Virtual Reality world rules

• Fluent speaker of Danish (C1+) + Good knowledge of English (B2)
  Availability to work in shifts
• Experience navigating internet websites including social media, commercial websites etc.

• Ability to deliver highest quality results while paying strict attention to detail
• High level of resilience to sensitive content
• Can remain positive during challenging assignments
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
• High level of capacity to keep up with client updates regarding workflows/policies (“fast learner”)
• Attendance and availability within standards (schedules rotations)
• Participate in “roundtable” sessions to provide an open discussion about upcoming trends and provide input/feedback to Support team to clarify trends or actions needed
• Expertise on all policies whilst ensuring compliance on all client workflows, being exposed to egregious content, political speech, hate speech, cultural discussions.
