Principal Software Engineer – Cloud Services

Our candidate, a seasoned Senior Software Engineer, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise. Leading an international team of eight engineers, they successfully developed a critical project, implementing a distributed Java/Tomcat service linking customers’ contact centers to the company’s cloud. Their achievements include architecting a Consistent Hashing-based mechanism for scalability and high availability, contributing significantly to the design of a push notification delivery system, and facilitating the onboarding of more than 25 engineers.

In their previous role as a Software Engineer, they served as the team’s technical expert, leading the implementation of core features in a web calling application. This involved achieving high efficiency through traffic testing, making key optimizations, and refactoring a significant portion of the application’s core codebase. As a Support Engineer, they addressed numerous issues in a complex IP telephony application, showcasing their problem-solving skills.
