Ricardo started his career at ABB Alstom Power, where worked as site manager in Portugal (Alqueva Hidro-Electrical project) and Thailand (Lam ta Khong pumped storage Project). He joined the international recruitment industry in 2001, having worked as country manager at the start up of an HR consulting company; Randstad. From 2007 to 2011 worked at Randstad Holding (Amsterdam) as international specialty manager, providing strategic advice to operating companies in 44 countries. From 2012 to 2014 was as board member at ManpowerGroup Germany where worked as Strategic Clients Director and additionaly was invited to reshape the onsite services for Manpowergroup in 80 countries.
In 2014 Ricardo founded Cross Border Talents. His ambition is to contribute to solve the global skills shortage challenge through consistently facilitating employment transitions in increasingly volatile and complex labor markets.
Ricardo has his academic background in Mechanical Engineering (IST, Lisbon) and holds a master degree in industrial production. He works since 2001 in the context of talent mobility and the in the world of work matters.
Rita Ramos is an experienced professional in the rellocation sector having worked internationally for global education organizations namely Amsterdam International School.
As managing partner for CB Talents Global Lda Rita has the responsability to coodinate partners of the Group Shared Services (Legal, Tax & Service Review, Marketing and Human Resources).
CB Talents Global Lda has a minority shareldor which is part of the Executive Board.
